1 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff.2 Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, professional associations, social media platforms, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.3 Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.4 Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and expectations.5 Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and reference checks for selected candidates.6 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.7 Develop and deliver orientation programs for new hires, including orientation to the organization, policies, procedures, and job-specific training.8 Design and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills, promote professional development, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.9 Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.10 Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on simulations.etc11 Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare recruitment, talent management, and training.12 Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee development, performance management, and career planning initiatives.13 Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR recruitment, training, and organizational development as assigned.

Job Responsibilities Need to follow Organization Regulations and Administrative Policies.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, fostering a trusting relationship.Monitor patients' vital signs and other health indicators, reporting any significant changes to the registered nurse or physician.Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care and assess the impact of nursing intervention as appropriate. Explain plan of care to patient and family. Document all patients records as per policies and standards. Educate patient and family as required Ensure the involvement of the patient, family and significant others in the patient's care.-Monitor clinical and other established performance indicators to ensure ongoing quality Improvement.-Always maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient information and records.

Process Coordinator would be responsible for supporting the Owner in carrying out his day to day operations.Should be aware and keep record of status of all the ongoing projects and their timelines and deliverables.Has to coordinate with the in-house team leader and ensure timely delivery.Need to follow up with Str / mep consultants and ensure updated timely delivery.This would mean managing the process with the organisation and ensuring that all the people stick to the processes designed by the organisation.Need to create periodic reports on status of workProcess Coordinator would liaise with the members at all levels across business in order to run the projects within the companyNeed to create a detail of customer support and ensure timely coordination.Need to create vendor details and keep inventory of latest technologies in the market.
