Job Description

1 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff.

2 Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, professional associations, social media platforms, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.

3 Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

4 Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and expectations.

5 Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and reference checks for selected candidates.

6 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

7 Develop and deliver orientation programs for new hires, including orientation to the organization, policies, procedures, and job-specific training.

8 Design and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills, promote professional development, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

9 Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

10 Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on

11 Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare recruitment, talent management, and training.

12 Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee development, performance management, and career planning initiatives.

13 Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR recruitment, training, and organizational development as assigned.
