Job BriefWe are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.Responsibility: Source and recruit candidates for IT or Non-IT sector by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Requirements : Any Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Prior experience as an HR Recruiter Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Hands on experience with various selection processes Ability to Analyze skills assessment and JDs
