We are looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales representative to drive sales. The sales representative's responsibilities include analysing industry trends to identify ways to improve company sales and services of products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management. He should also be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner..Sales Executive Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue. Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes. Identifying promising prospects and generating leads through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. Maintain Good Funnel and keep proper track of funnel. Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations: Being self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made & keeping list of potential and existing customers. Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective. Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.Sales Executive Requirements: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Proper negotiation and consultative sales skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational and team playing skills. Effective communication skills. The Lead Data Engineer will lead the team that is responsible for finding trends in Data sets and Developing Algorithms to help make raw data more useful to the Organization. The Lead Data Engineer will report directly to the Senior Director Qualifications Overall, 8-12 years of experience in data & analytics Have strong experience in SQL/NoSQL databases Design and build production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within a big data architecture, using Python/Scala/Java Design, build and operationalize large-scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AWS data and analytics services in combination with Mandatory - Redshift, S3, Athena, Good to have - Glue, Snowflake Design and implement data engineering, ingestion, and curation functions on AWS cloud using AWS native or custom programming Perform detailed assessments of current state data platforms and create an appropriate transition path to AWS cloud Should be able to understand the data very well, create a pattern on structured /non-structured data Strong knowledge of Data warehouse, Data Modelling (Preferably Dimensional Modelling Kimball) Proficiency in both ETL & ELT AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialist / AWS Certified ML Specialist will be an added advantage Exposure to Media & Marketing is a plus Having knowledge of GCP is a plus Having knowledge of 1 or more visualization tools is a plus
