As a Human Resource Executive, your main responsibility will be to assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also be involved in onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related inquiries.Key responsibilities:1. Recruiting: You will assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.2. Onboarding: You will be responsible for helping new hires complete required paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training for new employees.3. Employee Records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.4.
