We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and support our HR operations.________________________________________Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Conduct employee orientation and support training activities. Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks. Assist in employee engagement initiatives. Ensure HR policies are followed and support compliance activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.________________________________________Required Qualifications MBA in Human Resources (HR specialization is mandatory). 02 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with MBA HR can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
