We are looking for an International BPO Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields. A pleasant and professional telephone manner is essential. You should be comfortable working in a team and have problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries. Basic knowledge of computer applications and typing skills are necessary for handling data and communication efficiently. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, flexibility to work various shifts, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum education level of 12th pass is required.
