About the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and strategic Lead Generation Manager to oversee our outbound and inbound acquisition efforts. You will build, mentor, and scale a team of lead generation specialists, optimize our marketing technology stack, and bridge the gap between marketing and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content syndication. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives. Set performance targets (KPIs/KRAs), monitor daily/monthly output, and conduct regular coaching sessions. Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and continuously optimize a strong pipeline of qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs). Campaign Optimization: Plan and execute A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email outreach sequences to maximize ROI and CRM & Automation: Oversee CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track lead data, scoring, and automated nurturing workflows. Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover, high lead quality, and a consistent feedback loop.
