Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control systems, and related security equipment.Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance.Conduct site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and system requirements.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Run and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber optic where applicable).Configure IP cameras and integrate systems with network infrastructure.Ensure all installations comply with company standards and safety regulations.Provide end-user training on system operation and basic troubleshooting.Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service reports, and maintenance records.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers as needed.
