The HR Process Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes, with a primary focus on reviewing CRM notes on a daily basis. This is a work-from-home position, requiring excellent computer skills and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. CRM Note Review: - Daily review and analysis of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) notes. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. - Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members. 2. HR Process Management: - Assist in the management of various HR processes and workflows. - Collaborate with HR professionals to streamline and improve HR operations. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and information. 3. Data Entry and Documentation: - Accurate data entry of HR-related information into databases and systems. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR processes and procedures. 4. Communication: - Communicate effectively with team members and HR personnel. - Respond promptly to inquiries and provide assistance as needed. 5. Quality Assurance: - Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and process compliance. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. 6. Reporting: - Generate regular reports on CRM note quality and HR process metrics. - Summarize findings and present data to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Prior experience in HR will be preferred.
