we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented hr process coordinator to join our team.

the hr process coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our

hr processes, with a primary focus on reviewing crm notes on a daily basis. this is a work-

from-home position, requiring excellent computer skills and communication abilities.

key responsibilities:

1. crm note review:

- daily review and analysis of customer relationship management (crm) notes.

- ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

- report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.

2. hr process management:

- assist in the management of various hr processes and workflows.

- collaborate with hr professionals to streamline and improve hr operations.

- maintain confidentiality of sensitive hr data and information.

3. data entry and documentation:

- accurate data entry of hr-related information into databases and systems.

- create and maintain comprehensive documentation for hr processes and procedures.

4. communication:

- communicate effectively with team members and hr personnel.

- respond promptly to inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

5. quality assurance:

- conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

- identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

6. reporting:

- generate regular reports on crm note quality and hr process metrics.

- summarize findings and present data to relevant stakeholders.

qualifications:

- high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hr or related field is a plus.

- strong computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft office suite.

- excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

- ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- prior experience in hr will be preferred.
