Job Description:We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area) Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives. Hire Channel Partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships. Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager. Create a login instantly using your mobile/tablet to activate the free 1-month offer. Revisit the shop after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to a 999 annual subscription. Ask for referrals from happy clients to quickly grow your network and close more deals. Achieve and overachieve your target of 60 store tie-ups per month to unlock variable incentives.
