The candidate must have strong communication skills and must know Kannada both spoken and written to handle official communication and field interactions effectively.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment Coordination Coordinate with Government Departments, Officials, and PSUs Handle submissions, approvals, compliance paperwork, and follow-ups Draft official letters, emails, and documents in English and Kannada Track project status and share updates with managementProject Execution Support government project orders and supply execution Ensure timely delivery of goods/services as per project timelines Manage GRN documentation, approvals, and verification files Resolve issues related to approvals, logistics, or complianceInternal Coordination Work with Accounts, Logistics, and Management teams Maintain detailed documentation of all correspondence Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and progress updates________________________________________Required Skills Strong follow-up and coordination ability Must know spoken and written Kannada Good communication in English Basic knowledge of government procedures Strong documentation and filing skills Good computer skills: MS Office, email drafting________________________________________Preferred Qualifications Graduate (any stream) Experience in government liaison, documentation, or field coordination Knowledge of tender process, GRN, billing, and compliance is an advantage
