Role Overview
The Executive will coordinate with government departments, follow up on approvals, manage documentation, and assist in the execution of government-related projects. The candidate must have strong communication skills and must know Kannada — both spoken and written to handle official communication and field interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Government Coordination
• Coordinate with Government Departments, Officials, and PSUs
• Handle submissions, approvals, compliance paperwork, and follow-ups
• Draft official letters, emails, and documents in English and Kannada
• Track project status and share updates with management
Project Execution
• Support government project orders and supply execution
• Ensure timely delivery of goods/services as per project timelines
• Manage GRN documentation, approvals, and verification files
• Resolve issues related to approvals, logistics, or compliance
Internal Coordination
• Work with Accounts, Logistics, and Management teams
• Maintain detailed documentation of all correspondence
• Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and progress updates
