What Were Looking For 2-5 years of experience in EPR/Waste Management/Operations/Environmental Compliance Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, or similar Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and field operations Strong in Excel, MIS, and data analysis - because numbers tell our impact story Knowledge of CPCB Guidelines, EPR norms, and recycler certification processes A curious mind with a systems approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Generate qualified B2B leads through Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels. Achieve monthly lead generation targets for EPR, BIS, WPC, Sustainability, and related services. Manage WhatsApp automation platforms such as Interakt/Gallabox. Coordinate with SEO and third-party marketing agencies to drive measurable results. Digital Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI. Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates. Website, SEO & Content Marketing Improve website traffic and search rankings through SEO and content initiatives. Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions. Coordinate development of blogs, case studies, newsletters, white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral. Social Media & Brand Building Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. Develop and execute content calendars. Strengthen brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Marketing Automation & Analytics Manage CRM integration, lead tracking, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows. Track key KPIs including Leads Generated, CPL, Website Traffic, Conversion Rates, ROAS, and Campaign ROI. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Sales Enablement & Market Research Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, brochures, and marketing collateral. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. Identify new opportunities and recommend growth-focused marketing initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and Marketing Automation tools. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience in B2B marketing will be preferred.
