Key Responsibilities1. Omnichannel Brand Strategy Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy across domestic and international markets. Define and strengthen the brands positioning, identity, tone of voice, and customer proposition. Ensure consistent brand expression across e-commerce, social media, retail stores, marketplaces, campaigns, packaging, and customer touchpoints. Build strategies that effectively combine traditional craftsmanship and heritage with modern luxury and fashion.2. E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Drive growth of the brands D2C e-commerce business across domestic and international markets. Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, marketplaces, SEO, SEM, affiliate, email, CRM, and other relevant channels. Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to improve CAC, LTV, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and ROAS. Build and optimize the complete digital customer journey, from acquisition to conversion and retention.3. Retail Marketing & Offline Activations Develop marketing strategies for the brands physical retail network across multiple cities. Partner with retail teams to drive store launches, hyper-local marketing, footfall generation, and customer acquisition. Oversee visual merchandising narratives and ensure alignment with the overall brand identity. Conceptualize and execute curated pop-ups, exhibitions, trunk shows, launches, and experiential brand activations.4. PR, Celebrity & Strategic Collaborations Build and lead the brands PR and communications strategy. Develop high-impact collaborations with celebrities, influencers, designers, fashion platforms, media houses, and cultural personalities. Identify opportunities for strategic brand partnerships that enhance visibility, desirability, and cultural relevance. Drive fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and jewellery media relations and brand positioning.5. Consumer Analytics & Marketing Intelligence Establish a strong data-driven marketing culture across the organization. Analyze customer purchasing behaviour, demographics, footfall, conversion, product performance, and channel effectiveness. Use consumer insights to inform product marketing, campaign planning, pricing, inventory demand, and customer segmentation. Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure marketing performance and business impact.6. Team Leadership & Budget Management Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization comprising creative, digital, performance marketing, PR, social media, CRM, and agency partners. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the marketing function. Own the overall marketing budget and optimize allocation across channels based on business priorities and measurable returns. Ensure effective management of agency relationships and external strategic partners.7. Business & Leadership Partnership Work closely with the CEO, leadership team, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, design, and sales functions. Translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies and growth initiatives. Provide regular reporting to senior management on marketing performance, customer trends, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Contribute to the overall strategic direction and long-term growth of the organization.
