This role requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- **Greeting Visitors:** Welcome guests warmly and guide them to the appropriate person or office, creating a positive first impression.- **Answering Phone Calls:** Handle incoming calls promptly, transferring them to the relevant department or taking messages accurately for follow-up.- **Managing Appointments:** Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared for meetings.- **Handling Correspondence:** Receive and distribute mail and packages while maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.- **Maintaining Office Supplies:** Monitor inventory of office supplies and assist in ordering them as needed to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and distribution boards.Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.Perform electrical wiring for new installations and renovation projects.Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and identify faults.Repair or replace damaged wiring, switches, fuses, and other electrical components.Ensure proper earthing and compliance with electrical safety standards.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.Report work progress and maintain maintenance records.Required QualificationsITI/Diploma in Wireman or Electrician trade.Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods.Ability to read electrical drawings and use testing instruments.
