Key Responsibilities:- Design Support: Assist in creating architectural designs for various projects. You will work under the guidance of senior architects to develop plans and 3D models.- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings and documents that reflect the architectural design. This includes working with software like AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate representations of designs.- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods. Your findings will help ensure that all designs meet local regulations and standards.- Site Visits: Participate in site visits to gather information and monitor progress. This will help you understand real-world applications of architectural concepts and ensure that projects are proceeding according to plans.- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure a cohesive project vision. Architectural Draftsman- Job Description Planning Working drawing for multi stories building with detailing section, elevation, plan. Municipal drawings of MSRDC, NAINA, PMC, Alibaug Town planning. Understand MEP Structural and landscape drawings. Site coordination and supervision. Correspondence with the clients. Work with a long-term commitment mindset. Through knowledge of UDCPR bye laws would be preferred. 2-5 years experience Fresher

1. Basic knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering and Soil/Rock mechanics.2. Expert in AutoCAD design and drawing of engineer structures(2D & 3D).3. Knowledge about Geotechnical investigation, drilling methodolgy, borehole logging, rock recovery, calculations, RQD, etc.4. Soil & Rock Geotechnical sections and profiles, ERT profiling, SRT profiling.5. Expert in Microsoft office, use of Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, 2D-3D paint.6. Coordination on site & office.

Key responsibilities:1. Work on planning and preparing detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using industry-standard software2.
