We are seeking a skilled and dynamic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,) Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is experienced in MEP design, project management, and has a strong network within the construction and building industry. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for securing and managing MEP projects, with compensation tied directly to the value of the projects secured.Key Responsibilities:Project Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential MEP projects through industry connections, networking, and market research. Actively engage with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to secure new business.Design and Consultation: Provide expert MEP design and consultancy services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.Project Management: Oversee the execution of MEP projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in MEP technology, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all projects, including client interactions, project progress, and financial performance. Provide regular reports to the management team on business development activities and project status.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in MEP design, engineering, or project management.Strong network within the construction, real estate, or building industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant tools.

Key responsibilities:1. Work on planning and preparing detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using industry-standard software2. Work on ULB - approved designs, GFC, FF&E, Electrical and Plumbing layouts.3. Create visually stunning architectural presentations through the use of design thinking, sketching, and photography techniques4. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications5. Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes

Roles And ResponsibilityProduce a conceptual, basic, and detailed design for projects as per IS and International Guidelines.Day-to-day assistance in designing and assistance to team members in the delivery of projectsUndertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures.Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts, and status reports.Produce administration documentation such as requests for information.Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams.Provide technical advisory services to clients during the development & construction process.Manage the project and steer the project team in order to deliver the project in time, within the budget, and according to the Customer Specification.Collect and interpret information and translate this information into design specifications for the project team.Play an active and coordinating role for various project teams / cross-functional teams.Manage various projects at a given time while ensuring that project delivery happens on time in full.Completely responsible for project planning.Close coordination with the Project Manager on all projects related to the division and with Service Delivery Heads for competence.Provide technical support to the Junior Team.Key Skills:Proficient in CAD. Software experience in AutoCAD (full or LT) is requiredExperience in Electrical design is essential (Indian and overseas projects).Methodical approach to problem-solving.Ability to read and understand specifications and surveys.Effective time & task management and leadership skills.Excellent organization and verbal communication skills are essential.Ability to use initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail must be able to demonstrate accurate report writing.Energetic and self-motivated, you must be a team player with a
