We are seeking an Architectural Draftsman for our Architecture Consultancy Firm, F3 ARCHITECTS, in Patuli, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AutoCAD-2D Drafting, Photoshop, and hold a Diploma in Architecture. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in handling drawings for high-rise residential buildings is required, along with knowledge of architectural details, sanction procedures & rules. The candidate should also have the capacity to coordinate with sub-consultants and work within a large team. Preference will be given to those residing within the city.

Preparation of Construction Drawings and DetailsArchitectural drafting for smart DCR drawing, online KMC and NKDA drawingsProficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS word, MS excelExperienced in large scale projects (industrial preferred)Only candidates having the above experiences should apply.
