Welding Machine Operator (Male)

We are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Ghaziabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding processes and the ability to operate and maintain welding machines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Welding Machines: Set up and operate various types of welding machines according to specifications, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards.

- Inspect Welds: Examine welded joints and components for quality and compliance with technical drawings, making any necessary adjustments to ensure specifications are met.

- Maintain Equipment: Regularly perform preventative maintenance on welding machines, troubleshooting and resolving any issues to ensure continuous operation.

- Record Keeping: Document production and maintenance activities accurately, including welding parameters and quality checks, to track progress and support quality assurance.

- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and quality control staff, to ensure smooth operations and address any problems that arise during production.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a graduate degree and have proven experience in operating welding machines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, follow safety protocols, and work effectively as part of a team.
