Audits all line process including K- card audits DWM meeting.7. Do IATF, MSES, QMS Audits preparation make review and actions.8. Monitoring EOHS and MRM data & to attain management level meetings.9.Continual Improvement through kaizens, cost savings. 10.Custmoer complaint review and action plan if customer complaint there.11.Monitor Process validation as per control plan.12.Monitor 5S at shop floor and safety.13.Lead TPM activities as per plan. Attend meeting make preparation of planned machines as per JH TPM plan.14.Monitoring inhouse defects and its action plan, also process rework, rejection PPM.15.Evalate operators skill level and make skill matrix for operators.16.Mail communication to supporting department regarding any failures. 17.Monitoring manpower cost vs seal cost at BIW production department.18.To attend external audits which was conducted at plant level such as, IATF, MSES, EOSH, HELTH AND SAFETY, QMS audits.19.Monitor Daily child part shortage& coordinate with team.20.Skill required, NC handling, manpower handling, customer handling &customer focus work.21.Monitoring &Update production data, and loss data, productivity, manpower data every day and month wise. 22.Monitor &control KPI, Objective all sections staff.

Responsibilities:Welding Operations: Perform welding tasks using specified welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, etc.) on various types of metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).Reading Welding Drawings: Interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements and procedures.Preparation of Materials: Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and ensuring proper fit-up.Setting Up Welding Equipment: Set up and adjust welding machines and equipment to ensure proper welding parameters.Ensuring Weld Quality: Produce high-quality welds that meet specified standards for strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.Inspection of Welds: Inspect finished welds for defects (e.g., porosity, cracks, incomplete fusion) and perform necessary repairs or rework.Use of Welding Tools and Equipment: Operate welding machines, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all welding safety procedures and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintenance of Equipment: Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and report any malfunctions.Collaboration: Work effectively with fitters, fabricators, and other team members to complete projects.Record Keeping: Maintain basic records of welding work performed and materials used.Local Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues in Marathi and Hindi.

Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and proceduresDetermine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirementsSet up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be weldedAlign components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp piecesWeld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
