Monitoring of Raw,WIP & Final product Quality as per customer specification & certification guidelines

Instrument, jigs & fixtures, dies & punches, gauges calibration process adherence

Ensure work flow as per in use standards, Welders Qualification, EN Standard

Maintaining records of all quality test undertaken

Responsible for Final quality certification

Responsible for coordination & ensuring third party quality clearance.

Ensure welders recertification is done at regular interval through external agencies

Responsible for maintaining & updating NCR summary report

Ensure timely CAPA for inward,inprocess & finished goods NC

Responsible for Customer rejection checking and taking corrective actions
