The VMC Setter will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to ensure the smooth production of parts according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:- Machine Setup: Prepare VMCs for operation by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces to ensure accurate machining processes.- Quality Control: Monitor the machining process and inspect finished products to confirm they meet quality standards and specifications.- Program Management: Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to understand machining requirements and make necessary program adjustments.- Tool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to keep them in optimal working condition and minimize downtime.- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot production issues and optimize manufacturing processes.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing expertise in operating VMCs. An I.T.I. certification is essential, with a deep understanding of machining processes, tooling, and machine operations. The ability to read technical drawings and make precise measurements is crucial. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace are also expected. As the role is full-time and office-based, residency in Chinnavedampatti or nearby locations is preferred.

VMC operator with 2 -5 yrs work experience. Knowledge in Autocad, Solidworks is mandatory . Experience in setting, programming is must . Immediate joiner preferred. JOb location : Chinnavedampatty, Coimbatore
