As an Overseas education counsellor, your duties are mainly but not limited to :1. Following up with students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.2.Evaluation of profile: As an overseas education counsellor , you will first understand the students profile and then provide them with the best program possibilities and other career suitable for them.3. Selecting the university: The expert will help the students find the best university having worldwide recognition and offering excellent education. The expert will help a student take a final decision about the university.4. Admission Processing: The experts will help students in filling up their admission form, preparing the financial documents and in applying for a visa.5. Documents: The expert will convey the requirement of the shortlisted documents and will help the students to assemble each document beforehand. They will also take care of the financial aid process, considering every aspect of the students.6. Education Loans: The expert will convey all the information regarding education loan and will help in getting loans and financial aid.7. Statement of Purpose Preparation: The experts will help students prepare an excellent and honest appealing SOP. They are aware of the actual career goal behind your decision about studying abroad and understand the scope of your study area.8. Visa Processing: The counsellor will provide detailed information regarding the visa process and help the student to prepare for the Visa interview as well. The experts are always be updated with the latest requirement, immigration policies and visa checklists.9. The Immigration coordinator shall make a minimum 6 client conversions per month. Advice on the overseas options available, to enable the candidates & their family to make an educated choice & the right decision. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies. Provide a fair and right evaluation of a candidates profile. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs. Meet the assigned targets. Efficient phone etiquette and Email etiquette. Proper Documentation capability Provide clients with information, guidance, and support regarding the immigration process. Register and retain prospective clients for the organization. Provide continuous support to clients until the commencement of case processing. Good learning and presentation skills.
