Provide basic career guidance and study abroad counseling to students Assist in researching universities, courses, and admission requirements Support students in preparing applications, SOPs, LORs, and resumes Explain visa requirements and guide students through the visa application process Respond to student inquiries via email, phone, and in-person consultations Stay updated on career trends, university deadlines, and study programs Organize informational sessions, webinars, and career fairs

Responsible for liaising with the client/assignee for the Immigration process as per authorized service.Maintaining of up to date information for all Immigration servicesDraft relevant documents in the specified formats as prescribed by the CompanyEnsure compliance with confidentiality requirements.Ensure filing of application or assistance to the assignee for application submissionAccompany the client to the Immigration office when requiredKeep track of the client s visa validity and inform and update client/ assignee in time for their upcoming extensionsEnsure that all cases are logged into Formula technologySkills:Attention to detailAbility to speak quality English and communicate with foreigners.Appreciate the criticality of the function.Be service conscious and extremely responsive and responsible.Good interpersonal skills and time management.

The process involves counseling the students for overseas education; Follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations

Roles & Responsibilities:You must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.You must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.You must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.You must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.You must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.As the Visa and Immigration Consultant you may be required train some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfill their roles to a high level.
