Duties and Responsibilities1) guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course.2) assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for.3) help students build their profile (sop/lor/resume).4) provide insights on career outcomes based on their preferred options.5) strategize and participate in business development and marketing activities.6) participate in educational activities.Other Qualifications1) multi lingual candidates preferred.2) minimum 2-5 years of experience in study abroad expertise.3) counselled students for overseas education in countries like canada, uk, australia, usa Europe & new zealand.4) experience of having worked on the student visa application process for various countries like canada, uk, australia, usa Europe & new zealand.5) good in ms office, crm, analytics/numbers and metrics.

Responsibilities:The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process, and following up on leads. creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.REQUIREMENTS:1. Any graduate.2. Previous experience in an outbound call sales position.3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Good organization skills and ability to multitask.6. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.7. Exceptional customer service skills.8. Strong listening and sales skills.9.
