Immigration Consultant

Responsibilities:

The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process, and following up on leads. creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Any graduate.

2. Previous experience in an outbound call sales position.

3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Good organization skills and ability to multitask.

6. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

7. Exceptional customer service skills.

8. Strong listening and sales skills.

9. Ability to achieve targets
