Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.Minimum 37 years of relevant experience in textile designing, preferably in garment export houses.Proficient in design software tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar.Strong knowledge of fabric types, yarn structures, printing techniques (screen printing, digital printing, etc.).Good eye for color, patterns, and garment aesthetics.Understanding of export garment production and technical specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design projects.
