They ensure operationalsmoothness, provide hands-on support, help with recruitment and teambuilding, and promote active engagement in marketing and personalbranding.This is a full-time leadership role responsible for supporting and growing anetwork of real estate agents within a defined territory. Territory Managersact as the central link between agents, developers/builders, and the eXpcorporate team. Their mission is to ensure smooth operational delivery,strategic builder partnerships, consistent agent support, and teamexpansion.Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with developers/builders;secure premium and exclusive inventory mandates. Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, resolving operationalissues and coordinating with corporate on processes and supportneeds. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all agent transactions withinthe territory. Support agents in recruiting and developing their downline teams toaccelerate local growth. Mentor agents in the use of technology, social media, and marketingtools to build their personal brands and increase visibility.How you will grab our attention:Core Leadership & Operational Skills: Proven leadership in managing teams or networks - ideally within realestate or a similar sales-driven industry. Strong operational and organizational skills - ability to handle complexprocesses, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensuresmooth execution of transactions. Experience managing multiple projects/markets simultaneously, with afocus on quality and efficiency. Data-driven decision-making - ability to track and report ontransactions, growth metrics, and team performance.Relationship Building & Communication: Excellent relationship management skills - experience building trustand maintaining partnerships with developers/builders and agents. Confident communicator and problem-solver - able to quickly addressissues, resolve conflicts, and act as a liaison between field agents andcorporate support. Proactive support mindset - regularly checks in with agents, offerssolutions, and ensures agents feel supported and connected.Real Estate Industry Experience: Knowledge of real estate transactions and builder relationships,preferably in high-growth or high-volume environments. Understanding of local market dynamicsAgent Growth & Branding Support: Strong mentorship and coaching ability - can help agents grow theirteams, build personal brands, and use available tools effectively. Digital marketing and social media fluency - understands how agentscan use platforms to generate leads and build visibility.
