Interact with IT clients (companies or hiring managers) to understand job requirements.
Analyze technical job descriptions to identify key skills and qualifications.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals (., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referrals, campus drives, and social networks.
Maintain and update a strong pipeline of IT professionals (developers, admins, analysts, etc.).
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and follow-up.
3. Technical Screening
Conduct initial rounds of interviews or assessments to check:
Technical skills (., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Networking, etc.)
Communication and cultural fit
Project experience, certifications, and domain expertise
4. Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring teams or client managers.
Act as a communication bridge between client and candidate during the hiring cycle.
Follow up on interview feedback, offer rollout, and onboarding.
