key responsibilities:

lead strategic, high-impact projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.

oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects, managing interdependencies and resource optimization.

act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring consistent satisfaction.

collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope, kpis, and success metrics.

develop and execute detailed project plans, including risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning.

monitor project health through dashboards and analytics, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.

conduct executive-level status reviews and steerco meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment.

drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance.

ensure seamless handover to operations and support teams post-deployment.
