Our client base is only in USA.Job Responsibilities: Resolving Trouble tickets with the given SLA Manual and Automation software Testing Software and Hardware troubleshooting Point of Sale Programming/Menu editing Communicating with clients Understanding reports and analytics Scheduling Installs and equipment activities Documentation Basic knowledge of writing simple SQL queries and No SQL DB is a plus Flexibility to work in Day and Night shifts
