Job Responsibilities:
● Resolving Trouble tickets with the given SLA
● Manual and Automation software Testing
● Software and Hardware troubleshooting
● Point of Sale Programming/Menu editing
● Communicating with clients
● Understanding reports and analytics
● Scheduling Installs and equipment activities
● Documentation
● Basic knowledge of writing simple SQL queries and No SQL DB is a plus
● Flexibility to work in Day and Night shifts
