Job Responsibilities:
â— Resolving Trouble tickets with the given SLA
â— Manual and Automation software Testing
â— Software and Hardware troubleshooting
â— Point of Sale Programming/Menu editing
â— Communicating with clients
â— Understanding reports and analytics
â— Scheduling Installs and equipment activities
â— Documentation
â— Basic knowledge of writing simple SQL queries and No SQL DB is a plus
â— Flexibility to work in Day and Night shifts
