Collaborate with operational teams to optimize manufacturing processes.General Ledger Management: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate coding of transactions.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor invoice processing, payment disbursement, customer billing, and collections.Tax Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities, including sales tax, use tax, and income tax filings. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure adherence to tax laws.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, such as pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and capital expenditure projects. Provide insights to management through variance analysis and trend reporting.Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Prepare audit schedules, respond to inquiries, and address audit findings as needed.Process Improvement: Continuously review accounting processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
