Minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on the education sector (highly recommended). Should be capable of independently handling the accounts department, statutory compliance and writing up of all books of accounts upto finalization. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop accounts staff. Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
