Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce , Accounts or Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting/finance
Handling the verification of purchase invoices, employee expense claims in terms of their correctness
Processing purchase invoices
Recording purchase invoices, employee expense claims, and petty cash reports and posting all such transactions to various ledger accounts in the accounting system daily
Handling the verification of supplier's and employee's accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase invoices and employee expense claims
Working on the monthly reconciliation of accounts payable balances
Recording banking transactions (incoming and outgoing) and posting all such transactions to various ledger accounts in the accounting system daily
