Responsibilities:Make presentations and explain the organization's causes to the public clearly and excitingly.Meet and set number and income targets by signing financial supporters for One-Time and monthly donations for the organization.Participate in all the activities, public engagement, and other activities as per organizational requirements.Ensure that all the field-generated information is entered correctly in the sponsorship mandate form and daily call report and submitted to the reporting authority.Ensure the confidentiality of information about the organization by themselves.Play an active role in the overall target achievement of the team.Secure permission to organize awareness activities with corporates and colleges.Adhere to the organizations core values and promote the organizations work on digital platforms.Calling individuals to explain organizations work and pitch donation appeals.Send emails and proposals to institutions for outreach events.Organize outreach events at institutions and raise funds.Coordinate with volunteers for fundraising events.Give timely updates to the management about the work progress and attend staff meetings.Position Requirements:Graduation or equivalent education qualification.2 - 3 years of experience in Fundraising and/or Marketing and/or SalesBe a good team player, self-motivated and target oriented.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English, Hindi and Telugu.Be willing to travel as per work requirements.Ensure confidentiality of information about the Organization.Good command of G Suite applications like Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.Ready to work in the field for 5 to 6 hours a day.
