They troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, replace consumables (filters, membranes, UV lamps), conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely field serviceKey Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Set up new domestic, commercial, or industrial RO and water treatment systems at customer sites.Maintenance & Repair: Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical faults, as well as monitor water TDS levels and filtration output.Replacements: Swap out exhausted filters, membranes, cartridges, and pumps.Documentation: Keep detailed records of service interventions, spare part consumption, and maintenance schedules.Customer Service: Address complaints professionally, educate users on safe equipment operation, and respond to service requests promptly
