An RF Field Engineer is a professional who works on designing, installing, or repairing equipment related to different sectors of the technology world . The responsibilities of an RF Field Engineer include :- Provide intermediate level of engineer support and service work.- Troubleshoot or provide support to customers and onsite crews.- Install, modify, clean, and repair computer hardware and software.- Designing plans for new wireless networks.- Improving the speed and responsiveness of wireless networks.- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction compliance with plans and specifications.- Maintain accurate service logs and enter them in the database.- Perform on-site service, repair and/or installation of company product(s).- Enhancing the designs of existing radar systems.- Designing switches and modules to enhance current electronic transmission systems.- Installing new equipment for customers or businesses.- Connecting new devices to broadcasting systems.- Measuring electromagnetic emissions.- Ensuring that all projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.- Testing and performing troubleshooting on the designs they create.
