We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory, supplies, and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of materials, supporting the efficient operation of our construction sites and offices.Key Responsibilities:Inventory ManagementReceive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.Maintain accurate inventory records using software and manual systems.Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.Procurement and LogisticsAssist in procurement processes, including ordering and tracking materials.Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and resolve issues.Storage and OrganizationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive/equipment materials.Distribution and IssuanceIssue materials and equipment to site staff and contractors.Monitor and track inventory usage.AdministrationMaintain accurate records and reports.Assist with audits and inventory counts.Safety and ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.Report any safety hazards or concerns.CollaborationLiaise with site staff, contractors, and suppliers.Provide excellent customer service.Requirements:EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.SkillsInventory management softwareBasic accounting knowledgeCommunication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time management skillsProblem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracy
