We are seeking a dedicated Store Incharge to manage our store operations in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role and hold a degree in B.A, B.B.A, or B.E. This position is full-time and requires the candidate to work from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand. This includes regularly checking stock and placing orders when necessary.- **Team Supervision:** Lead and supervise store staff, providing direction and support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Store Incharge should inspire teamwork and monitor employee performance.- **Customer Service:** Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. This involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare and analyze sales reports to understand sales trends and develop strategies for improvement. These reports help in making informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions.- **Store Maintenance:** Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively. Driving sales & plan:Driving the sales of the store to meet the allotted targets by allocating the targets to the staffDeveloping a culture of high sales performance expectations, i.e. Sales LeadershipMotivating and inspiring the field team to drive for resultsAssessing field capability and establish performance priorities at group levelPeople development:Assisting in recruiting and selecting high potential staffProviding effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members making use of company training modulesDelivering clear, motivating and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all retail associatesEvaluating the training needs of store associates and working closely with L&D department to execute the developmental planUnderstanding the reasons for attrition and taking measures to control itCash & Inventory management:Monitoring cash reconciliation to ensure there is no mismatch of store fundsEnsuring availability of required merchandise and servicesConducting stocktakes regularlyEnsuring the staff at store level has basic understanding of POS System to ensure transactions are properly and effectively processedPerforming the necessary quality checks for the new productsWorking very closely with other departments till the product reaches the customer and ensuring the best customer experience to the Lenskart CustomerStore upkeep & maintenance:Maintaining the store as per Lenskart standards, regularly cleaning the frames and other equipment at the storeEnsuring the security of all Lenskart equipment and that there is no shortage of stock units or damage in the store
