Key Responsibilities:

- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise store staff, providing direction and support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Store Incharge should inspire teamwork and monitor employee performance.

- Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. This involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
