Responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring and short-term recruitment across India, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring drives while managing candidate pipelines and ensuring smooth onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referral networksConduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on role fitmentOrganize and manage walk-in drives across PAN India locationsCoordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedbackManage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackersHandle on-ground hiring activities including registrations and coordinationFollow up with candidates till joining to reduce dropoutsSupport onboarding documentation and compliance processesGenerate daily/weekly reports on hiring metrics and progressRequired Skills & Qualifications:Any Graduate (Freshers only)Mandatory Hindi proficiency (spoken & basic written)Basic to intermediate English communicationStrong interpersonal and coordination skillsWillingness to travel anywhere in India on short noticeBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentSmartphone with internet access for recruitment activities
