Associate Project Manager:

We are a growing, fast-growing, and innovative technology company that we are looking for an associate project manager to join our team. The associate project manager will be responsible for managing the operations of the business in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as well providing leadership on key initiatives such as assisting director/manager meetings and other strategic initiatives within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Leading and managing a team of software developers.

- Planning and coordinating software development projects.

- Ensuring that software projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Overseeing the software development process, including coding, testing, and deployment.

- Maintaining high standards of software quality and conducting code reviews.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product management and QA.

- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.

- Managing budgets and resources for software projects.

- Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.

- Solving technical problems and making decisions to ensure project success.

- Participating in performance evaluations, career development plans, and talent management initiatives for team members.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 0-1 years of experience in software development and project management.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.

- Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
