Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media Enhance brand awareness in the digital space. Researches and monitors activity of company competitors Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organizations brand and social media strategy Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn Interacting with customers and dealing with customers enquiries Developing new social media strategies and campaigns Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaignsExperience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
