You will be instrumental in developing, executing, andmanaging Hoopr's content strategy and social media presence across various platforms. Thisrole requires a blend of creative writing, visual storytelling, community engagement, andanalytical skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with Hoopr's marketingobjectives and brand voice. Create compelling, high-quality, and engaging content for various platforms, includingsocial media (Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, static posts), blogs, website, emailnewsletters, and other marketing collateral. Write crisp, clear, and persuasive copy for social media posts, ad creatives, blog articles,and video scripts. Work closely with design and video teams to produce visually appealing and effectivecontent. Social Media Management Manage and grow Hoopr's presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok). Schedule and publish content, ensuring optimal timing for maximum reach andengagement. Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, comments, and messages, engagingwith the community in a timely and on-brand manner. Identify and engage with relevant influencers, creators, and industry thought leaders toexpand reach. Conduct regular social listening to understand audience sentiment and competitivelandscape. Performance Monitoring & Analysis Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance using relevantanalytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics). Identify key metrics, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies forcontinuous improvement. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Campaign Support Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing social media and content assets. Assist in brainstorming new content ideas and campaigns to drive user acquisition andengagement.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a relatedfield. 1-3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management,preferably within a Tech, Music, Media, or Creator Economy company. Demonstrable experience managing multiple social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi is astrong plus. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, especiallyfor short-form video content (Reels, Shorts). Ability to create engaging copy and basic understanding of visual content creationprinciples. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Passion for music and the creator economy is a significant advantage.Bonus Points If You Have: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) or video editing skills (e.g.,CapCut, InShot). Experience with community management or building creator communities. Knowledge of SEO principles for content creation. Experience in a startup environment.
