He/ She can work on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Execution Drawings & Documents and Administration. They help the Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls to ensure the facilitation of the projects completion on-time, and meeting Studio Rusts quality standards.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Preparing Architectural and interior drawings as guided by the Principal Architect or the Project Manager. 2. Reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked.3. Ensuring all drawings are compliant to Client requirements and site conditions4. Researching and maintaining knowledge of various materials, application methods & specifications.5. Monitoring the work of Subordinate Architects & making recommendations or scheduling meetings as required.6. Providing guidance to Sit Engineers, supervisors & Contractors like Plumber, Electrician, etc. and help them interpret the drawings and documents.7. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that the project requirements are met.8.
