software skills - autocad, sketchup, vray, photoshop, ms office

objectives:

an intern architect is responsible for producing high quality project deliverables. he/ she can work on any/all phases of development including pre-design, schematic design, design development, execution drawings & documents and administration. they help the principal architect in site evaluation, quality & design checks and controls to ensure the facilitation of the project’s completion on-time, and meeting the quality standards.

principal duties & responsibilities:

1. preparing architectural and interior drawings as guided by the principal architect or the project manager.

2. reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked.

3. preparing 3d models on sketchup - conceptual and detailed as per design.

4. researching and maintaining knowledge of various materials, application methods & specifications.

5. preparing boqs for projects, and reviewing measurements shared by vendors/ contractors.
