OBJECTIVES:

An Intern Architect is responsible for producing high quality project deliverables. He/ She can work on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Execution Drawings & Documents and Administration. They help the Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls to ensure the facilitation of the project’s completion on-time, and meeting the quality standards.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Preparing Architectural and interior drawings as guided by the Principal Architect or the Project Manager.

2. Reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked.

3. Preparing 3D models on sketchup - Conceptual and detailed as per design.

4. Researching and maintaining knowledge of various materials, application methods & specifications.

5. Preparing BOQs for projects, and reviewing Measurements shared by Vendors/ Contractors.
