The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project activities, including expediting, project management, inspection, and management. QualificationsExperience in Site Management, expediting, and inspectionProficiency in logistics managementStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyKnowledge of the boat and ship manufacturing industryBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience of minimum 4 years as Building Supervisor in Building Construction works.. Supervision of the on-going civil work and finishing activities. Check the quality of all material received on site. Cash purchasing of the material from the market. Maintain quality of work & control of wastage of material. Supervising and instructing the construction workers as well as subcontractors Maintain the cleanliness of site daily report, Department labour bill. Organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing health and safety matters on site Any other tasks as directed by the management. Knowledge on building materials, manufacturing process , sources and procurementMaintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
